Whitley Bay Air B&B

This property was purchased off-plan with a view to creating a high-end Air B&B property in this popular seaside location. With the owners living overseas we were tasked with selecting flooring, carpets, window dressings, lighting fixtures and all the furniture as well as dressing the property ready for rental. Set over three floors we wanted to emphasise the fabulous sea views, keeping the interior light, airy and spacious using quality furnishings that would appeal to holidaymakers as well as being hardwearing. The property has been fully booked since its launch which is a great result.
