This stunning duplex property in York with views across to the Minster had previously been on the market, albeit unsuccessfully. With the owners living abroad they were keen to ensure that they had all boxes ticked prior to re-marketing. We advised on re-decorating some spaces and emphasized the importance of professional photography given the property’s location. By using a combination of the owners’ furniture as well as rental items we were able to showcase the unconventional layout at its best and were delighted when the property quickly sold.
